All orders must be paid for in advance through our accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

• •You must upload a clear payment proof screenshot after making the transfer.
• •Order processing does not begin until payment is verified.
• •We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified within a reasonable time.
• •Mishis Collection accepts bank transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash. Check the checkout page and Payment Instructions for current options.

Placing an order on our website does not constitute a binding contract. An order is confirmed only when:

• →Payment has been received and verified by our team.
• →You have received an order confirmation from us.
• →The product is confirmed as available for dispatch or stitching.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case we will fully refund any payment already made.

When you select our optional stitching service and provide custom measurements:

• •The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the measurements provided.
• •We will stitch the garment according to the size or measurements you select or submit.
• •Fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer are not our responsibility.
• •Custom stitched items are made specifically for you and are generally non-exchangeable.
• •We will do our best to meet your stitching preferences, but cannot guarantee exact style outcomes without prior confirmation.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly after payment verification and stitching (if applicable). However:

• •Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• •Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or high-volume periods are outside our control.
• •We are not liable for financial loss or inconvenience caused by delivery delays.
• •The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address and phone number are correct.

Our Returns & Exchange Policy applies to all eligible orders. Please review it carefully:

• •Exchanges are only available on eligible items within the specified window.
• •Custom stitched and sale items are generally not eligible for exchange.
• •Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• •Mishis Collection is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
• •Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
• •We are not responsible for third-party services such as courier companies or payment platforms.
• •Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.
