How We Deliver

Once your payment has been verified, your order enters our processing queue. For ready-to-wear items, standard processing takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.

• •Business days are Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM.
• •Orders placed and verified before 2 PM on a business day may be processed the same day.
• •Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
• •You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.

We process payments manually. After placing your order, you must transfer the payment via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash and upload a clear screenshot as payment proof.

• •Payment verification typically takes 1–2 business hours during working hours.
• •Payments submitted late at night or on Sundays are verified the next morning.
• •Your order will not be confirmed until payment is verified.

If you have selected our optional stitching service with your order, please note that additional tailoring time is required before your order can be dispatched.

• •Standard stitching (ready sizes): approximately 5–10 business days.
• •Custom measurement stitching: approximately 7–14 business days depending on complexity.
• •Add-ons (lining, lace, etc.) may require additional time.
• •Urgent stitching is available on request contact us on WhatsApp before ordering to confirm.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

• •Once a parcel is with the courier, address changes may not be possible.
• •If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

If your parcel appears to be stuck for more than 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and tracking number.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order total. Free shipping may be offered above a certain order value check the current promotions or announcement bar on our website.
